As you probably know, the refurbishments taking place at our Foxhall Lodge Centre's toilets are now coming to an end. We hope you're all looking forward to seeing the final result.

We're now in the process of planning a big refurbishment at our King Street location. This refurbishment will particularly be in the common areas. This is going to be a huge project covering all 4 floors at the site.

The main focus will be on the corridors and stairwells, and we're also planning to add some small 'break out' areas on each floor for our tenants. We will also be upgrading the kitchen facilities, which will include seating areas.
