FOXHALL BUSINESS CENTRES ACQUIRES NEW NOTTINGHAM LOCATION

Foxhall Business Centres has acquired the former regional offices of ACAS, Anderson House, off Clinton Avenue, Nottingham.

Trent PTS which delivers NHS psychological therapy, has already been secured as a long-term leaseholder tenant of the building.

Foxhall Business Centres was established in 2002 with the aim of creating a flexible approach to office management. Typical tenants include start-ups and established businesses who do not want the hassle of managing their own offices.

As well as Anderson House, Foxhall's portfolio of properties includes Foxhall Lodge in Gregory Boulevard; 2 King Street overlooking Market Square; Hamilton House in Hucknall Road, Sherwood; and High Pavement in Sutton-In-Ashfield.

Director of Foxhall, Tom Wilton said: "Anderson House was an opportunity too good not to proceed with. Our original intention was to convert it in to serviced offices; however we are delighted to have secured Trent PTS as long term leasehold tenants.
We have worked with Trent PTS to ensure that the sympathetic renovation of Anderson House not only accommodates their working requirements, but also compliments our enthusiasm and passion for restoring commercial, Victorian property.
We are always looking for ways in which we can work with our tenants and in this instance we are happy to have been able to reach an agreement which benefits both Trent PTS and us as a Landlord."

Kay Box, service manager of Trent PTS, said: "Trent PTS is now well established having started initially in Derby followed by a rapid expansion into Derbyshire including Hardwick and High Peak. In 2014 we began delivering NHS psychological therapy in Nottingham city starting with one team based at the Ropewalk, quickly expanding to develop a second team of therapists at a new base on Mansfield Road and now we are very pleased to be opening a third base, Anderson House, which will give us the capacity to house a further two teams of therapists.
We chose Anderson House as this is a beautiful building with good facilities, including full disabled access, and it gives us plenty of room to expand the service to all areas within Nottingham City.
Trent PTS is committed to providing effective therapy that results in an excellent treatment outcome and this new building will ensure choice for clients without a long wait for treatment. Foxhall has been extremely accommodating."
