Foxhall Business Centres Welcomes Expanding Specsavers Call Centre

A call centre for leading optical retail chain Specsavers has taken space at Foxhall Business Centres' King Street building in the centre of Nottingham.

Specsavers' move to Two King Street follows the recent expansion of its Nottingham-based call centre and support team, which had previously been located just across Old Market Square on Wheeler Gate.

Kim Ankrah, Retail Support Manager for Specsavers Nottingham commented: "Our Retail Support Team now answer incoming calls for Nottingham, West Bridgford and Sleaford Specsavers, with the Bingham store joining us when it opens in March. The team currently consists of eight people, but we are looking to expand even further."

"The management team at Foxhall Business Centres have been fantastic at welcoming us and we look forward to meeting the other businesses in the building."

Specsavers now occupy almost 500 sq ft of newly refurbished office space at Foxhall's King Street building, which boasts fantastic views of the city's Council House and Old Market Square.

Foxhall also run serviced & leasehold offices at three other locations across Nottingham, including Foxhall Lodge and Hamilton House which are both situated on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre.

Laura Morley, Centre Manager to Two King Street commented: "We're delighted to welcome Kim to our offices at 2 King Street, and it's been a pleasure to manage the move in process. We look forward to supporting the team in the future and all at Foxhall Business Centres wish them every success."
