Licence
It is a fully equipped office, managed and maintained by us. We individually negotiate a license agreement with every client. Our serviced offices allow our clients to share business resources, providing reduced costs and access to equipment which may otherwise be unaffordable.
You are likely to save up to two thirds on the cost. You also retain maximum flexibility, freeing you to react quickly to business opportunities you could not otherwise pursue.
A small deposit of two months' rent is required. This is fully refundable at the end of your licence period as long as there are no outstanding payments at the end of your Licence period or damage to the office.
Our agreements are very flexible and can last from as little as one month up to five years. Our independence allows us to negotiate individually. If you aren't sure whether we can cater for your particular needs, just ask!
Access outside normal office hours is available at all times including Bank Holidays and weekends. All receptions operate from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Administrative staff is available from 9am to 6pm.
Subject to availability you will be able to increase or reduce the size of your office at any time although there would be a fee for doing so before the end of your contract.
Again, you can do this at any time, subject to availability in any of our Nottingham locations. You will incur an additional charge if you do so before the end of your contract.
Support
Of course. This is a service which our staff is proud of. All receptionists are fully trained and answer clients' calls in a professional way, making sure any message or required follow-up is communicated to you immediately.
Our support staff is available for the full range of secretarial duties:
- General typing
- Document production
- Filing & office admin
- Data handling & processing
- Marketing admin
Whatever your needs are they can be taken care of, from greeting guests to arranging meeting rooms and refreshments. Our staff is your staff.
Again, whatever the situation, we will be able to help. You may simply need a room arranging in a certain way or you may need extra assistance with the admin involved in inviting clients, organising the IT equipment and on the day help with registration and refreshments. Either way this will be a cost effective option for you as the assistance required will only be short term. No need to hire a temp or panic if an immediate response is required.
All meeting rooms at all locations are available to use, subject to availability of course. Simply contact reception and book the facility you require.
It's very important to us that clients feel at home so we include tea and coffee facilities in all rooms and break-out areas. Our reception staff will be able to organise outside catering if required.

IT & telecoms
All clients are provided with state-of-the art Cat5 cabling. You would be expected to provide you own hardware. We have a dedicated IT team who can offer extra support should you require it. Additionally if you require specific equipment we can source, install and maintain your system if required.
Internet access is shared and is provided immediately. Connecting is straight-forward and hassle-free. You can upgrade to dedicated access at any time.
Yes, they can use our hotdesk facilities.
We have an advanced DDI system at all locations. All clients are allocated a unique telephone number. You may wish to divert your existing number whilst you settle in or indeed divert your calls to our reception for a period.
Leased Offices - FAQs
Lease

- We take care of the entire exterior of the building;
- We maintain the grounds;
- We provide security;
- All public areas are maintained and cleaned by us;
- You are responsible for heat, light and water charges;
- You are responsible for internet and telecoms connection;
Security is in place 24/7. Access to the building is available at any time.
Support
Our support team is available for the full range of secretarial duties at a discounted rate to all leasehold tenants, including:
- General typing
- Document production
- Filing & office admin
- Data handling & processing
- Marketing admin
All meeting rooms at all locations are available to use, subject to availability of course. Simply contact reception and book the facility you require. Discounted rate is applicable.
IT & telecoms
All office accommodation is fitted with state-of-the art Cat5 cabling. We do not provide hardware within the terms of the lease but have a dedicated IT team who can offer extra support, for an additional fee, should you require it. Additionally, if you require specific equipment, we can source, install and maintain your system if required.
Day Office & Hot Desking - FAQs
A day office is literally an office you use for a day, of part of a day. If you're on the move and need to look at your emails, lead a conference call with a client or simply have a place to work from for a little while, a day office or hot desk is ideal. Your work station is fully equipped so just plug in and go.
Our support services team is available for the full range of secretarial duties. Basic administrative support is provided free of charge unless you prefer access to a full secretarial service.
All day offices and hot desks are accessible during office hours from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Support services are available from 9am to 6pm. Access outside normal office hours is available but will be charged at a higher rate. Please call us on 0800 027 4832 for further details.
We have some on-site parking at Foxhall Lodge. Short term parking is available nearby off-street . For longer term there is a large park-and-ride facility 200 meters away.
Parking for King Street, in Nottingham's City Centre, is available 200 metres away in a large NCP multi-storey car park. Alternatively short-term parking is generally available off-street within the City Centre.
All users of day offices will have the same access to our meeting rooms at all locations, subject to availability of course. For charges, please download our meeting room pdf. If you wish to arrange a meeting or use the facilities on a case-by-case basis, again you are free to pay for the specific service you require.
Virtual Office - FAQs
Concept
A Foxhall Virtual Office can provide your business with a choice of business addresses, use of external office facilities, and professional business support including call, mail and message management whenever you require. This will provide you with a high profile business image without incurring massive capital costs. You can also choose from one of 4 packages to best suit your individual circumstances.
We become an extension of your business. We answer your calls, deal with your mail, book meetings or provide you with flexible office facilities depending on which Virtual office package you select.

Again, you can do this at any time, subject to availability. You will incur an additional charge if you do so before the end of your contract and if you add more than one address.

If you select our 'Regular' package this already includes use of our professional support services. Otherwise you are free to pay, at a reduced rate, on an ad hoc basis.
You will automatically be entitled to use of all meeting rooms at all locations, subject to availability of course, as a 'Premier' package client. Simply contact reception and book the facility you require. If you wish to arrange a meeting or use the facilities on a case-by-case basis, again you are free to pay for the specific service you require.

Facilities

We can organise a wide range of refreshments for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. We also have a number of vending facilities on site.
As required, we will provide whiteboards, flipcharts and so on free of charge. All meeting rooms are equipped with high-speed internet access, telephone conferencing facilities and general office stationery. AV equipment and video conferencing is available for an additional charge.
Our support services team is available for the full range of secretarial duties. Basic administrative support is provided free of charge unless you prefer access to a full secretarial service.
