Maloy & Flynn share how Elite Recruitment Network helped transform their fortunes - 2 July 2014
Founded as a Head Office/Commercial Recruitment firm in 2004 by John Flynn and Barry Maloy, the business experienced some fantastic highs, such as securing national recruitment contracts, and some desperate lows including a serious bad debt. Despite steady growth the Directors recognised towards the end of 2011 that the next phase of growth, beyond the single site in Leicester with 12 staff, required a different approach and that as Directors they needed to grow personally and as a team. Like many small successful business owners in their words they were "looking for some ideas and inspiration to take the business to the next level. We were growing steadily, we just wanted faster growth and recognised the value of accessing new people and challenging and developing our thinking".
