Make sure you look at the office space available and consider the capacity it can give if you grow in the future and need to expand – can the building support this or will you have to go elsewhere? Also make sure you consider facilities onsite such as meeting rooms and rest space.

3. Building Terms/ Leases
You would have likely considered what 'type' of building term you would like before you start looking, but in case you haven't you should start thinking ASAP. Many buildings offer flexible terms, but also some can offer a better package (rental cost-locking for example) if you sign a three year contract to stay with them.

4. Style
Probably one of the lesser 'vital' considerations but, important none the less. If you're a business that hopes to become a "brand" or wants to protect your brand image from the start, then you'll need to take this into consideration. An office can be a fantastic branding tool.

5. Price
Of course it always comes down to price, but don't confuse price with value. Depending on the needs of your business, you may want to pay a little more for a monthly office space that perfectly fits your needs than a basic rate for a mediocre office which will cost you more in the long run as you will outgrow it.
